Thank you for supporting the Good Friday Appeal. Every purchase helps make a difference for sick kids and their families.

Below you’ll find information about our shipping options, processing times and delivery expectations.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping – $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian public holidays).

Orders are typically:

  • Dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Packed and fulfilled within 24 hours of approval (subject to stock availability)

  • Processed with a target accuracy rate of 95% or higher

During peak campaign periods (including the lead-up to Good Friday), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post / Road Freight)

Estimated delivery times:

Victoria (Metro): Next business day from dispatch
Victoria (Regional): 1–2 business days
NSW, ACT, SA (Metro): 1–2 business days
NSW, ACT, SA (Regional): 2–4 business days
QLD (Metro): 2–3 business days
QLD (Regional): 3–5 business days
WA (Metro): 4–5 business days
WA (Regional): 6–8 business days
NT & TAS: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

Express orders are prioritised for dispatch and sent via Express Post services where available. Delivery times vary by location but are typically faster than Standard Shipping.

Please note that express shipping speeds are dependent on Australia Post’s network and destination postcode.

International Shipping:

We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to carrier performance.

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact:

Peak Periods

During campaign periods, public holidays and major promotional events, dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and courier demand.
