Thank you for supporting the Good Friday Appeal through your merchandise purchase. Every item helps make a difference for sick kids and their families.
Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase, as we are unable to accept returns for:

Hats

Tote bags

Pins
We also do not offer exchanges, as our merchandise range does not include size variations.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will happily replace or refund an item if:

It arrives damaged

It is faulty

You receive the wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
